We steam clean with environmentally friendly cleaning agents.

28 cents to 42 cents per square foot
28 cents per ft. for regular carpet cleaning. Additional for restoration. Restoration is needed for things like ink spots, fingernail polish, rust,  red stains, pet stains/odor and removing chemicals from your carpet used in other carpet cleaning methods.

Teflon coating (scotch guard type treatment) is an additional 22 cents per square ft.

All jobs are quoted at the time of the clean. You know how big your rooms are and if you have any of the stains mentioned above (not all red stains can be removed).

We move small pieces of furniture such as coffee tables, etc.
